Wintery Wonder

The count down has begun and the holiday season is upon us. While it's the most wonderful time of year, we still have to live life through some caution and also with the reality that life is truly different. Balancing life during a pandemic, twist and turns, along with ups and downs can leave one feeling hopeless, lonely and confused. But through it all it is important to understand what is most important and share with others when you can.

So, while this post has some notes of gratitude, and fortitude, I blog for fun and as a way to drain my thoughts... so here are some winter looks that I am currently scoping, ordering (shh don't tell my husband) and planning.

First up, are the latest trends in shoes this fall/winter and it's winter white or cream boots. These boots are everywhere and the ones I have my eyes set on are at @Marshalls.

These boots are by ESPRIT (who remembers when this brand was hot in the 90's)! They are currently $39.99 and have a stacked block heel, faux fur collar and lining. They are sold out locally but I did find them online and I think it's time to click the checkout button.

Next up, are these lounge looks from @fashionnova. Listen, I have been on a Fashion Nova kick lately. I bought a few outfits over the summer just to see what the brand was about and I can honestly say I'm sold! I bought the three looks below for a winter vacation trip and they were well made and super comfortable. The winter white look was a perfect fit and I think pairing them with the ESPRIT boots would complete the look but the black set and gold sweater set was too big. So I had to exchange them for a smaller size. I will say, that the gold set is not the color as pictured, it's more of an olive color, but it's still stylish. All the looks are sized from XS-3X and range from $24-$53.

Although, we are just creeping into the start of dinners, parties and holiday gatherings before we know it, December 31st will be here and New Year's Eve looks are already hitting the market. I love a great jumper and this year, I am opting for a sparkly jumper for NYE. Luckily this jumper is under $45 and has a bodycon fit with lots of sparkle and simply paired with nude clear pumps adds the right touch and are on sale for $31.99 @fashionnova.
