Becoming MoRevue

Lately, I have thinking about how to utilize the platforms we now can easily access, while really trying to connect these platforms to my passions and somehow, I always land on the same squares in the game of life: writing, traveling, fashion and exploring different cuisines!

So why not combine these passions and really focus on them? Recently, I reviewed my Trip Advisor page @MoRevue because someone sent a DM about a travel question and I realized that I love writing and reviewing experiences.

After reading my Trip Advisor page, a fire grew under me. Giving someone real advice of a wonderful experience I had really excites me! Why would this excite me??

Because simply responding to a question someone had felt rewarding. Not just because I could say, “yes I had that experience” but because a simple gesture helped someone else.

Then I realized the meaning of my name…The meaning of Monique is "advisor". It is also of French origin, where its meaning is "advise, counsel.

WHAT,? RIGHT! I have always known the meaning of my name but was never truly defiend by my name…until now.

Yes, the name MONIQUE fits me! Advisor, yes I love the reward of giving someone a suggestion or advice, so why not take this opportunity to Become my true self.

Can I give my advice or opinion to everything, of course NOT, (YET) but if I can share my experiences with others then that’s a start!

So, it’s time to put in the work and really utilize SM and connect to people, experiences and bring acts of kindness, advice and relatability to others! SO lets get connected…
